Metro's Rider Information Office Hours

Rider Information is open 24 hours a day except for Major Holidays when the office will be closed. The day following the Major Holiday, Rider Information will re-open at 5:00 AM.

When the Rider Information Office is closed, you may be able to obtain the information you need to plan your trip from the following sources:

• Metro's online Trip Planner.
• The interactive menu at 206-553-3000 or from Bus Time 206-287-8463. (See Using Metro's Rider Information Phone System.)
• Metro Online's site map or menu options located on the left side of the Home Page
• Links to other transportation-related websites
• Frequently Asked Questions about transit service
