Priority Seats
On lift-equipped buses, the front seats on both sides of the aisle behind the driver make it easier for persons with disabilities and senior citizens to ride the bus. There are extra handrails to help persons with limited balance.
On low floor buses, there are no seats over the front wheel wells. The priority seating is located in the wheelchair securement areas just beyond the wheel wells (you may be asked to move if someone in a mobility aid boards the bus) and in the next set of seats beyond the securement areas on the curbside of the bus.
If you have trouble finding a seat, let the driver know. The driver can ask other passengers to move, but is not required to make someone change seats.
