During periods of ice and snow, routes 37 and 53 will operate the adverse weather routing shown on the timetable map. During periods of very heavy snow and ice, service on routes 37 and 53 could be severely disrupted, or curtailed. Please plan accordingly. Metro offers the following resources to update you on transit service: Metro Rider Information, 206-553-3000; Bus Time, 206-287-8463, and Metro Online. Also, listen to local radio stations for reports of traffic and road conditions. Adverse weather results in a high number of calls to Metro's Rider Information Office, so you may experience an extended on-hold waiting period or receive a busy signal. We'll do our best to serve you, but we appreciate your patience when adverse weather impacts Metro service.
