During periods of heavy snow and ice, service on routes 54 and 55 could be severely disrupted, or curtailed, including possible cancellation of Route 54 express service and chained shuttles covering portions of either route. Please plan accordingly.
Metro offers the following resources to update you on transit service: Metro Rider Information, 206-553-3000; Bus Time, 287-8463, and; Metro Online. Also, listen to local radio stations for reports of traffic and road conditions. Adverse weather results in a high number of calls to Metro's Rider Information Office, so you may experience an extended on-hold waiting period or receive a busy signal. We'll do our best to serve you, but we appreciate your patience when adverse weather impacts Metro service.
