Route 261

During periods of ice and snow, Route 253 will not serve 148th Ave NE between NE Redmond Way and NE 90th St. Buses will be rerouted via NE Redmond Way and Willows Rd NE. Routes 253 and 261 may be rerouted several blocks in two locations due to possible road closures. When NE 24th St is closed between 152nd Ave NE and NE Bell-Red Rd, wait for buses at the stop northbound on 152nd Ave NE just north of NE 24th St, or in the Overlake P&R. When NE 8th St is closed between 92nd Ave NE and 100th Ave NE, please use bus stops east of 100th Ave NE or west of 92nd Ave NE. Route 261 buses will be rerouted in this area via 100th Ave NE and Lake Washington Blvd.
