Trusts Established for Bus Tragedy Victims

Washington Mutual Bank:
- The Mark McLaughlin Memorial Account established an education fund for Mr. McLaughlin's two sons and assisted with other expenses.
- The Route 359 Victims' Fund assisted with medical expenses of the passengers and other expenses arising from the catastrophe.
MetroPacific Community Credit Union (MPCCU):
MPCCU set up a fund to honor Mark McLaughlin, a credit union member for over 18 years for the benefit of Mr. McLaughlin's two sons. MPCCU opened this memorial fund with a $1,000 donation by its employees.
King County Credit Union:
The Mark McLaughlin's Children Education Fund assisted in the education of his two boys, ages 16 and 14.
