Metro Online Redesign Sneak Preview
Metro Online will introduce a redesigned web site on September 27, 2002.
The redesign goals include:
- Enhanced ease of use for our customers
- Improved navigation throughout the site
- Consistent look-and-feel across Metro Transit's three online systems:
- Metro Online web site
- Online Trip Planner
- Online Pass Sales demonstration site
- One click access to the most frequently used customer tools from every page on the site
When the redesign launches on September 27, we'll provide a more detailed discussion of the major changes. If you find any problems or have any comments after September 27, please use the feedback option for Metro Online under Customer Services or click the Comments button on the King County navigation bar at the top of each page.
The redesign is substantial and includes a reorganized directory structure, so you may have to replace some of your bookmarks. On balance, though, we believe that the reorganization will make the site easier to use for both new and experienced Metro Online users. We hope you agree.
